With over 20 years of experience in health, wellness, and fitness, J's background includes serving as a Master Fitness Instructor in the military and working with individuals of all fitness and mindfulness levels as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach.
J. also has extensive training in sports physiology and combat mixed martial arts (MMA). He specializes in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, NPC/IFBB physique and bodybuilding, and weight loss management. His comprehensive expertise ensures a personalized and effective fitness and wellness program for every client at any level.
