Jay White

Service is Jay's watch word and for him is THE way of life. As a Retired Army Veteran, he built his foundation on discipline, resilience, and the belief that true strength comes from helping others succeed. That same belief guided him to create Sharpened, inspired by Proverbs 27:17: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Jay envisioned Sharpened as more than a place to work out. His mission is to give people the tools to improve every area of their lives — physically, mentally, and beyond. His motto, Mind, Body, and Pockets, reflects this balanced approach: focusing on clarity of thought, strength of body, and the freedom to build a better future.
With expertise in Behavioral Change, Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Sports Nutrition, Weight Management, Physique and Bodybuilding, Gorilla Training, and MMA, Jay brings a wide range of knowledge to his coaching. But more importantly, he brings the perspective of someone who has lived through challenge and understands what it takes to break through barriers.
Sharpened is the result of that vision — a place where people come together to push limits, learn discipline, and support one another in pursuit of lasting health and growth.
Angela Lim

Angela’s journey began with yoga, the practice that first helped her slow down, reconnect with her body, and find balance in a busy world. Becoming a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher allowed her to share that gift with others, creating space where people of all levels can breathe, move, and feel at home in their own bodies.
Her passion for wellness later led her to bodybuilding, where she competed as an NPC bikini athlete. The discipline and resilience she developed on stage deepened her belief that yoga and strength training aren’t opposites but partners — yoga grounding her with mindfulness and presence, and bodybuilding fueling her determination and strength.
At Sharpened, Angela combines these worlds to help others build strength, balance, and confidence. She believes growth happens best when people feel supported and seen, and she strives to bring that energy into every class. Her philosophy is simple: yoga is not about perfection, but about presence — showing up, breathing deeply, and honoring exactly where you are.
Jasmine Lucas

Jasmine has a strong passion for helping others develop sustainable habits and adjusting behavioral change that aligns with their overall health and wellness goals.
She has always had a passion for fitness and maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle. Just a couple years ago, she had no idea what bikini bodybuilding was. Fast forward to today, with her drive and dedication to success, she became a IFBB professional athlete after competing in just her fourth show. Jasmine is driven by building a high agency mindset and creating the best version of self.
Outside of training Jasmine loves dining out at restaurants, creating macro friendly desserts, and exploring new activities. Jasmine is dedicated to helping others achieve self confidence, being in control of their own happiness, and living on their own terms.

As a wellness athlete, Dawn is driven by the pursuit of strength, both inside and out. Her passion for weight training and nutrition is the foundation for everything she does. When she's not in the gym, you can find her exploring new destinations and seeking out outdoor adventures. She is a mother who believes in leading by example, showing her family that a strong body and an adventurous spirit can take you anywhere.
