Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Per-price disclosure (shown next to each price):

  • Lifestyle: $15/month, or $120/year (auto-renews at $15/mo or $120/yr until cancelled).
  • Athlete: $25/month, or $250/year (auto-renews at $25/mo or $250/yr until cancelled).
  • Coach: $99/month base plus $25/seat/month (auto-renews monthly until cancelled).
  • Peak Week Pass: $79 one-time. Not a subscription — no recurring charge.

Full terms

  1. Recurring subscriptions. The Lifestyle, Athlete, and Coach plans are automatic-renewal subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorize 27:17 Fitness LLC, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method the then-current fee at the start of each billing period.
  2. What renews, price, interval.

  3. Automatic renewal until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval above until you cancel. Each renewal charges your payment method without further action by you.
  4. How to cancel (self-serve, exclusively online, at will). Cancel anytime in Account → Subscription → Cancel using the same method you signed up with — you can complete cancellation entirely online in a few clicks, with no phone call, no retention call, and no steps that delay you. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for and won't be charged again. You may also email legal@sharpenedfitness.com or write to us at the address below.
  5. Fee changes. If we change your subscription fee, we'll send a clear-and-conspicuous notice with cancellation instructions no less than 7 and no more than 30 days before the new fee takes effect; the new fee applies only to renewals after that notice, and you may cancel first.
  6. Renewal reminders (annual plans). For any plan with a term of one year or longer, we'll email you between 15 and 45 days before each renewal a reminder stating the product/service, the renewal date, the amount and frequency of the charge, how to cancel, and a link to the cancellation process.
  7. Free trials / promos. If a plan starts with a free trial or promotional price lasting more than 31 days, we'll email you between 3 and 21 days before the trial/promo ends, telling you what you'll be charged and how to cancel; we begin charging the standard fee automatically unless you cancel first.
  8. Your consent record. By subscribing you give express affirmative consent to these auto-renewal terms; we keep a record of that consent for at least three years (or one year after you cancel, whichever is longer).
  9. Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
