Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

27:17 Fitness LLC dba Sharpened Fitness Nutrition and Wellness ("we") collects consumer health data only to provide the coaching and app services you request.

Health data we collect: health and fitness intake answers, conditions, injuries, and medications you disclose; weight, measurements, and training and nutrition logs; lab values you choose to share; physique photos; wearable recovery data if you connect a device.

How we collect it: directly from you through intake forms, check ins, messages, and the Sharpened apps, and from wearables you choose to connect.

How we use it: to deliver, tailor, and track your coaching and app plan.

Who we share it with: only service providers that help us deliver our services (scheduling, payment processing, email, and app hosting on Microsoft Azure), under contract. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights: you may confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, get a copy, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent going forward. Email legal@sharpenedfitness.com. We respond within [45] days.
